I played with Breyer Horses and then real horses growing up. Sometimes it seems that being around horses was a way to get close to strong muscular energy while staying safe. The Goddess Diana was the huntress, often identified by her multiple breasts. While she was a hunter, she also was a protector of the young. Harm something too young and you might be hit by one of her arrows.
